Lydia Pense & Coldblood

Lydia Pense has been inspiring audiences with her unique blend of funk,

soul, and blues since Cold Blood's first shows at the Fillmore West in the early

Seventies.  Over the course of the six albums  Cold Blood released, Lydia

established herself as a legendary singer with a loyal following of devoted fans.

Today, many  contemporary  female singers count her as one of their major

influences. The current lineup of  Cold Blood features some of the finest

musicians in the San Francisco Bay Area. They are currently recording a new CD for

release last year, and are continuing to kick out some of the tightest, funkiest

music around. Lydia Pense and Cold Blood are keeping the tradition of East Bay

Soul alive in the 21st Century !
